Introduction
Measuring of course results in data, but what if just plain data is not enough? And what about registration and control? For example measuring water temperatures by hand to determine the presence of legionella bacteria. Who handles the complete administration and who is responsible for the right follow-up? These questions may worry you now, but that can be changed soon with the Hatuguard data acquisition- and control system.
Hatuguard is a system that rapidly and accurate anticipates on actual measured data. The measured data will be processed completely automated. The system is also able to inform your maintenance service immediatelly in case of an exceptional situation.
The Hatuguard system consists of several modules (depending on the process) connected to a microcontroller by a serial bus structure. The microcontroller analyses and stores the actual measured data before it will be send to one of the Hatuguard data servers. This sending takes place periodically e.g. once a day or more often in case of alarms.
The data servers process the data and present them to the customer by a customer specific website. This way it is always possible to check your processes and data, wherever you are at any time desired.
